PTV xRoute Server

Improvement: With the new profile parameter useFastTurningBanHeuristic you have the possibility to switch off this heuristic in order to get better routes in rare cases. Please note that this could slow down the performance.
Bugfix: Temporarily blocked roads included in road editor data crossing a month boundary (e.g. from 15.09. to 07.11.) are now considered for the entire period in all cases.
